CAVE3 Reviews
CAVE3 Progress Reviews and Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) meetings are held every six months at Auburn University. These meetings are 2 days in duration, and feature presentations on the recent progress on all center research projects that are part of the CAVE3 member portfolio. Each meeting begins with a review of the status of the Center by the Center Director. This is followed by a set of 1.5 hour technical sessions covering recent research in each of the technical thrust areas of the Center. Each day also features a student poster session where detailed results of each project are presented. On the second day, the IAB meets to discuss progress on the projects, proposals for new projects, and other Center matters. The member companies then give feedback and suggestions to the faculty project leaders, staff, and students.
